Platform Use: You will use Jamii-Aid solely for legitimate fundraising purposes benefiting real individuals, communities, or registered organizations. 2. Transparency: All campaign information provided must be accurate, truthful, and verifiable. Misrepresentation of beneficiaries or fund usage is strictly prohibited. 3. Fees: You acknowledge the applicable processing fees for your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable once transactions are processed. 4. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding fundraising, money transfers, and charitable giving. 5. Content Policy: You will not use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful campaigns. Jamii-Aid reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms. 6. Data Privacy: Donor information collected through your campaigns will be handled in accordance with Jamii-Aid's Privacy Policy and will not be shared or sold. 7. Fund Disbursement: Raised funds will be disbursed to verified beneficiary accounts within 3-5 business days after campaign closure or upon request.
